Jana founded this company with a vision to bridge the gap between talented artists and the opportunities they deserve. With a deep appreciation for art and a keen understanding of the challenges artists face in navigating the global art scene, Jana saw a need for a boutique management and production company that could provide personalized support tailored to each artist's unique journey. Her passion for nurturing creativity and her dedication to excellence are the driving forces behind NU AVE ART, ensuring that artists receive the attention and resources they need to flourish in the international art world.

Jana has a degree in Classical Piano from Music Conservatory in the Czech Republic, and then continued her studies at William Paterson University in New Jersey, where she received a BA in Music Business. Since then, Jana has collaborated with multiple art institutions such as Lincoln Center for the Performing Arts in New York, the Grammy U Program, Si-Yo Music Society Foundation, or Center for Musical Excellence (CME). Recently, she has ventured into the entrepreneurial realm, founding NU AVE ART where she brings her distinctive vision and unwavering passion to the forefront of the international arts industry. Jana was not a long ago appointed as a Board Member at the Dvorak American Heritage Association (DAHA) in New York City.
